eToolz is a set of free utilities for networking or web-based operations, mainly for use by web professionals or other people who wish to take advantage of the other network tools the suite offers.
Some of the features eToolz offers are NSLookup, TraceRoute, Whois and Ping. On top of that, it also offers a Google PageRank query tool and the ability to fetch HTTP headers from a web server by entering a URL.
Other tools include looking up DNS entries (A, PTR< NS, SOA, etc.) on both well-known and newer top level domains.
eToolz itself is more of a collection of tools and it installs into a directory which contains the separate executables; thus eToolz is fully portable.
